‘Israel’ has been occupying Palestinian land since 1948. Since then many international companies have been involved in this occupation. However, due to the increasing level of atrocities committed by the Israeli government, companies who have continued to stand by ‘Israel’ have come under increased scrutiny. Here are some of the companies who are openly involved in genocide of Palestinians and occupation of Palestinian land.
McDonalds
McDonalds has a long track record of racist political agendas. When Russia invaded Ukraine, McDonalds was one of the first companies to pull out of Russia. Russia is not a perfect country by any means, but Russian people should be allowed to purchase food from McDonalds if they desire. Prior to the Russian Ukraine war, Mcdonalds had been involved in many controversies, such as refusing to accommodate Muslim customers & failing to protect women from sexual harrassment & racial discrimination. See the following articles:
Lastly & most importantly, McDonalds is doing business in ‘Israel’. McDonalds ‘Israel’ has been offering free meals and/or discounts to Israeli service members during their genocidal campaign in the Gaza Strip & the West Bank. McDonalds licensed this franchise to an Israeli company known as Alonyal Ltd.
Starbucks
Starbucks is one of the biggest companies in America & the world, only comparable with McDonalds. Around October 7 of 2023, a Starbucks workers union posted a picture of Hamas resistance fighters breaking thru a fence of the occupying entity, proclaiming solidarity with Palestine. Starbucks reprimanded their workers union & even sued them for voicing their support for Palestine. See this article from CNN:

Yum! Brands: KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell
KFC may not seem as giant as Starbucks, but when you take into account its parent company Yum! Brands, KFC has a massive involvement in the Israeli occupation. Yum! Brands owns other restaurants such as Taco Bell & Pizza Hut, and has spent their profits acquiring Israeli companies such as TicTuk, with the intention of doing business on stolen Palestinian land. Money made by KFC is controlled by Yum! Brands who is actively purchasing startups built on land stolen by Jewish settlers.
Pizza Hut, also a Yum! Brands subsidiary, has franchises in ‘Israel’ as well & has been openly providing free meals to Israeli soldiers. Pizza Hut ‘Israel’ made social media posts showing their franchises providing free meals to Israeli occupation forces. Since then, the internet has spread the news & Pizza Hut has faced international backlash for their racist & indifferent attitude towards Palestinian life. Again, Pizza Hut is owned by Yum! Brands, who has no problem spending money in ‘Israel’.

Taco Bell is another huge subsidiary of Yum! Brands whose profits go straight into the pockets of racist investors. Although Taco Bell doesn’t actually license any franchises on stolen Palestinian land, their profits are taken by Yum! brands & routinely spent on Israeli startups.
Coca Cola
Coca Cola, one of the largest beverage companies in the world, has an entire factory built on stolen Palestinian land. Their franchise is located in a settlement declared illegal even by the most western sources, which shows how brazen & indifferent they are in their racist profit-driven endeavors. Coca Cola is one of the largest contributors to the Israeli economy & without them, ‘Israel’ would suffer a huge impact to it’s tax income.

PepsiCo
PepsiCo has franchises in Israel like most of the other companies mentioned in this article. After the events of October 7 of 2023, they initially claimed some of their workers were missing, though now they claim they have been accounted for. PepsiCo routinely invests in Israeli startups, similar to Yum! Brands. They acquired SodaStream for a price of $3.2B, which is an Israeli company. At one point, PepsiCo had a bottling factory in Gaza, however it was forced to shutdown. PepsiCo had even took part in the Arab boycott of ‘Israel’ in the past, however those days are over. PepsiCo has no problem giving billions to Israeli founders to take over their companies.
Johnson & Johnson
J&J is one of the biggest contributors of the Israeli economy, as you can see in this article:
https://www.careers.jnj.com/israel/overview
Johnson & Johnson owns medical & pharmaceutical brands such as Splenda, Tylenol, Aveeno and Band-Aid. Splenda, Tylenol & Aveeno are essentially chemicals. Shouldn’t be used by the average person in the first place. However, Band-Aid is an extremely popular brand that makes essential products for many people. If you want to make a difference, make your own bandage because your money is going straight to ‘Israel’ when you buy Band-Aids.
These are just a few key companies you should boycott to make change in the dynamics of Palestinian future. There are more. The key is to exercise discipline while Palestinians are fighting for their livelihood. It is easy to decide not to eat Taco Bell & drink Starbucks. Sacrifice in a peaceful country is nothing like the sacrifice made by Palestinians enduring occupation. Buy local products, support small businesses & do everything you can to avoid being financially complicit in the occupation. Keep your money in your community & tell your elected officials to isolate Zionist corporations & make it easier for small businesses to survive in your area.
