Girl’s Close Call With Heroin Left by Ft. Bragg Police

On September 5 of 2023, ambiguous scanner traffic began in the afternoon about some arrests being made in the apartments on South Street in Fort Bragg California.

Later on in the day, more scanner traffic began when a lady who will remain anonymous for now stated that her daughter had pulled a brown substance out of the fridge and put it in her mouth. The mother was concerned that it might be drugs. The dispatcher & the officers discussed how the incident took place at the same location the earlier arrests were made while officers responded.

Officer Beak of Fort Bragg Police Department was the first one on scene for the drug call. He was there for several minutes before informing the dispatcher that the mother & daughter were in route to the emergency room to be checked for any drug poisoning. Meanwhile he went to test the brown substance his fellow officers had left in a fridge that a little girl would later explore for food.

Officer Beak informed dispatchers a short time later that the substance was indeed heroin. A little girl found this heroin before the Fort Bragg Police Department. It’s unclear whether the girl had swallowed any of the substance before her mother noticed what was going on & took it out of her mouth. What is clear is that Fort Bragg Police Department conducted a very weak & incomplete investigation into their suspects dwelling. What is also clear is that Fort Bragg Police Department is very selective about which suspect is searched thoroughly & which suspect is not. They have a routine policy of being very thorough & aggressive with Muslims & other minorities, being very lax with dangerous racists even when they serious problems.

I asked Sergeant Welter why they left the heroin in the fridge, and he declined to answer. You can see the video here:

Sergeant Welter, Fort Bragg Police Department

Sergeant Welter isn’t actually responsible for this incident since he wasn’t on duty when the original arrest took place. The officers responsible for this scary drug incident are as follows, in this particular order:

Neil Cervenka, Chief of Police

Thomas O’Neal, Captain

Jonathan McLaughlin, Supervisor

David Franco, Investigating Officer

These people are responsible for protecting our communities. Are they doing a good job? Chief Cervenka regularly praises his officers, including the captain that was on duty while this charade was taking place, as courageous & professional. Do you think that’s true? #ShariaFinancial
